Jenny Courtney
CEO
Jenny has a wealth of experience and knowledge of the not-for-profit sector. She has always used her business management background in social settings, especially in managing youth projects and bringing about change in marginalised communities. Jenny has always advocated on behalf of young people and believes the voice of the young person should underpin all relevant government policy delivery decisions. Jenny’s passion is to empower young people so they can reach their full potential as individuals and grow their capacity to take responsibility for social change in their communities, contributing to the eradication of poverty and social injustice.
Jonathan Dowling
Team Leader
Jonathan attended the club as a young person and has been employed here as a youth worker since 2016. Jonathan’s role as team leader sees him lead a professional team to deliver best practice youth work programmes to young people from the community of the NEIC. His passion for social justice and bringing about change in the lives of these young people is complemented by the programmes he and the team design, develop, and implement.

Dwyane Horace
Senior Project Worker
Dwyane is a senior project worker in The Diamond Project. He has a background of working in Youth Addiction services for the past 14 years within the NEIC. Seen first-hand the impact that drugs and crime have on individuals & families. Dwyane is very passionate with working with “At Risk and Hard to Reach young people” to help them become the best version of themselves to make better choices and eventually become positive role models within their own families and communities.
Siobhán Brennan
Family Therapist
Siobhán is a Family Therapist in the Diamond Project Siobhán has worked with young people in youth and community services for nearly 20 years in both Ireland and the UK. As a Systemic Family Therapist, Siobhán is passionate about building a family’s capacity to support each other and rebuild relationships. Siobhan has a strong awareness of cultural and contextual factors that impact these families and trying to work with the wider community to support change.
